My writing looks beyond behavior at the experiences, expectations, relationships, environments, and patterns that influence how people think, adapt, connect, and understand themselves. I am interested not simply in what people do, but in the context that can help us understand why.
That is where psychology becomes more than theory. It becomes another way of looking at the human experience with greater curiosity, context, and understanding.
